Setting a Recurrence

Utilities -> Scheduler

A recurring event is one that happens more than once and is linked to the other occurrences (for example, a weekly team meeting). Setting up a weekly recurring event over a one year period is much easier than scheduling 52 individual events on the same day each week.

By clicking the Recurrence button, you will be presented with a form that displays various options for making a recurring event. If an event is set up as a recurrence, the start and end date and time options will be hidden. An icon will display next to the Recurrence button. The Recurrence Detail form contains the following options:

  1. Event Time – Set the event start time and duration
