Setting a Recurrence

A recurring event is one that happens more than once and is linked to the other occurrences (for example, a weekly team meeting). Setting up a weekly recurring event over a one year period is much easier than scheduling 52 individual events on the same day each week.
By clicking the Recurrence button, you will be presented with a form that displays various options for making a recurring event. If an event is set up as a recurrence, the start and end date and time options will be hidden. An icon will display next to the Recurrence button. The Recurrence Detail form contains the following options:
- Event Time – Set the event start time and duration
- Recurrence Pattern
- 2.A: Daily
- Every "x" day (s)
- Every Work Day
- 2.B: Weekly
- Recur Every "x" week (s) on: Choose the day (s) of the week
- Recur Every "x" week (s) on: Choose the day (s) of the week
- 2.C: Monthly
- Day of month
- Of Every (choose number of months)
- Choose the "First, Second, Third, Fourth or Last"
- Choose Day of Week
- Choose Every "x" months
- 2.D: Yearly
- Choose Month and Date
- Choose "First, Second, Third or Fourth", Day of Week and Month
- 2.A: Daily
- Range of Recurrence
- Start - Choose a date
- No end date
- End after "x" number of occurrences
- End by: Choose a date
- Remove Recurrence – Select this option to remove the recurrence and convert the series to an individual event.
