Icons are used to convey additional information about your scheduled event, such as in this example:

 

The icons have the following meaning:

FIELD DESCRIPTION

This scheduled event has been created into a Patient Contact Appointment

B:ProjectsClinicTrackerSourceiconsImgInfoWhite.bmp

At least one linked patient has a treatment plan due within a certain number of days (as configured through Options Form)

At least one linked patient has been checked-in for their appointment
Indicates an event has been reviewed
Reminder Call Status: See Appointment Reminder Call and Scheduler Display for more information
Indicates a Telehealth Session has been scheduled. 
Indicates that this even is marked as a Personal Event
