Deleting an Event

Utilities -> Scheduler

 

To delete an existing event, right-click and choose Delete Event, select an event and click the Delete key, or double-click and then press the Delete button on the event detail form.

 

 

 


You can delete multiple events on the Scheduler by first highlighting them using your mouse and pressing shift or control.

 

Delete the ones you identified by right-clicking your mouse and choosing delete from the context menu, or by pressing the delete key on the keyboard. You will be prompted with a confirmation message before any items are deleted:

 

 

Please note that if you are deleting an event that has a linked appointment, you will be prompted with this message:

 

Choosing Yes will delete the appointment from the Patient Contact Record while choosing No will leave the appointment on the Patient Contact Record.
