ClinicTracker Quick Reference

 

ClinicTracker has a helpful cheat sheet showing the various conventions within the system as well as some useful Windows features. It also lets you choose between Windows and Mac so you can see the various shortcuts specific to those platforms.

 

By default, this reference guide will open automatically behind the main screen upon log in, but you can access it anytime by going to: ClinicTracker -> Help -> ClinicTracker Quick Reference.

 

Let's take a look at what the Quick Reference guide looks like for Windows users:

 

 

Field Description
1. ClinicTracker Key Combinations A list of available key combinations in ClinicTracker
2. Question mark Icon Click on the icon to be taken to a link that describes the feature
3. ClinicTracker Conventions A list of conventions available within ClinicTracker
4. Windows Key Combinations A list of key combinations commonly used across the Windows platform
5. Computer Type You can choose Windows or Mac to view the corresponding shortcuts
6. Show At Startup Keep a checkmark in this option if you want to continue having this window automatically open upon log in. Remember you can also access this guide anytime by going to: ClinicTracker -> Help -> ClinicTracker Quick Reference

 

Now let's take a look at what the Quick Reference Guide looks like for Mac users. You will see it is a similar layout with the only differences being the conventions and key combinations are specific to Mac users. Please note that Mac users will need to use Control Key as opposed to Command Key to access keyboard shortcuts.
