Using Quick Access Tags for Common Phrases

 

Quick Access tags allow you to access common phrases quickly. All you need to do is type in a "quick access tag" word followed by the Shift+ F2 key and the system will locate that particular common phrase to automatically substitute into your form. 

 

The first step is to find what common phrases you have in your system. You can do this by using the F2 key to pull up a list of common phrases. For our example, we will choose the Quick Access Tag name of "Intake" that is linked to the common phrase "Referred by Primary Care Physician":

 

 

Now when you want to use a Common Phrase, you can type in the Quick Access Tag Name (our ex: Intake) followed by holding down the Shift + F2 key at the same time.

Continuing on with our example, we will type the word "Intake" and then Shift + F2 to replace the Quick Access Tag word "Intake" with the Common Phrase "Referred by Primary Care Physician".
