Document Library

Paperwork -> Utilities -> Document Library

 

The Document Library provides a repository for documents that staff can provide their clients. The documents are entered through the Maintenance Menu, but are accessed by staff through Paperwork -> Utilities -> Document Library.

 

To view an item from the Document Library, double-click an item in the list.

 

If the file is a documentation template that you would like to complete for a particular patient, select the patient using the controls at the bottom of the form. Click the Link to Patient button to make a copy of the file and place it in the patient’s Related Documents repository. It will then open the newly-created file so that you can view or edit it. An additional button on the Document Library form will bring you to the Related Documents Repository for the selected patient, where you will be able to see the new document you created.
