Reporting
ClinicTracker has a vast and ever-growing library of pre-stored reports. You will find that they will cover most of your needs for displaying data. If not, you have the option of designing your own reports using Report Builder.

The system uses Seagate Crystal Reports version 8.5 to produce the prestored reports. This industry-standard reporting tool offers seamless integration with ClinicTracker as well as export options to external programs such as Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Reports within ClinicTracker are divided into the following categories:

- Personal Reports
- Maintenance Reports

Be very careful in interpreting the reports that ClinicTracker generates. Look carefully at the report descriptions, date ranges, and filters involved. Given all the ways the data are selected and organized, you must check and double check that the results accurately reflect your conclusions.
