Performance Measurement Report
Reports -> Performance Measurement Report
You can configure ClinicTracker to send you regular emails that report on whether metrics you selected (such as the number of unsigned progress notes) fall outside a range you established. The email will go to the address you have listed in your Staff Info record. You can also access prior reports or generate new ones in real-time on your desktop through this form, which you access at: ClinicTracker -> Reports -> Performance Measurement Reports (administrative users only).
The first time you access this feature, you will configure your specific settings:
Field | Description |
1. Is Active | Check this box to activate the Performance Measurement Report feature. Uncheck this box to disable the feature for your account. |
2. Days in Time Block | Select the number of previous days you want analyzed as a block. |
3. Days you want to automatically receive your Performance Report via email. | Select the days of the week you would like to receive your Performance Report via email. |
4. Values at Time of Report | This section gives you point in time reporting. The results will be a snapshot of real-time values and will not be impacted by the "Days in Time Block" shown in #2. If you do not wish to report on a specific item, leave the fields blank. |
5. Values Summed Across Time Block | This section analyzes the results from the number of days selected in "Days in Time Block" shown in #2. If you do not wish to report on a specific item, leave the fields blank. |
6. Send Plain Text Email | Check this option if you would like to receive emails in plain text as opposed to rich text or HTML formatting |
7. Include Aging with Report | This setting includes the display of aging information with the report. If you wish to remove the aging information from your report, uncheck this box. |
8. Save | Save |
The results that fall within your target range will show in green, while those out of range will show in red. You will see a column for every metric you identified.
For each metric, you can also generate charts. The system lets you print these graphs or export them to a variety of formats. You can also right-click the on-screen results grid to export the data to an external application for analysis.

There is no need to wait for your Performance Measurement Report email. You always have the option of running the report by clicking on the Process Now button:
