Drilling Down
Many reports offer the option to Drill Down in order to receive more information or to isolate a group of information. You can Drill Down if the mouse icon changes to a magnifying glass when you hold your mouse over data on the report. If you double-click, you will be presented with a drilled-down version of the report.
As an example of isolating data, here is a sample of a Missed Appointments Report:
Now suppose we want to isolate Katie Pool’s record so we can print it. After double-clicking on Katie’s name, a second report tab is displayed that looks as follows:
