Terminating Coverage by an Insurer
Patients -> Demographics -> Insurance tab
If a particular insurer no longer covers a patient, you can use this form to remove it from the list of insurers. By clicking the button at the bottom right of the form, you will clear the fields so you can add a new insurer. The system will store information about the terminated insurer in the notes tab at the bottom of the form:
