Info Release Tab

Patients -> Demographics -> Info Release tab

 

The info Release tab keeps all of your authorizations in one convenient location.

  1. Info Release Tab:  Note that this tab will highlight yellow as a warning when authorizations are about to expire or have already expired. 
  2. List of authorizations:  View all the authorizations you have created.  Please note that active authorizations will show in blue and inactive will show in red. Entries without an expiration date or which are set to expire "On Discharge" will display in blue. 
  3.  Disclosure Tracking:  Track disclosure information including date, purpose and recipient.

  4. On Discharge: Check this box if you would like the permissions to expire upon discharge of the patient. 
  5. Full Consent Form:  Use this button to view the entire consent form.
