Alias Field
Patients -> Demographics -> Demographics tab
Use this field to track a patient's nickname, maiden name, or name change. This field is searchable in the Advanced Search form.
When this field is populated, ClinicTracker will use the name in this field in place of the first name for appointment reminder calls.
