Setting Call Status

Typically the patient will set the status of the appointment directly by pressing a key on their phone. However, you may need to manually set the status of a reminder call from time to time. This can be done using a right-click option on an event displayed on the scheduler, on a patient name within the event detail form, or on a row of the event listing.

 

 

The status can also be set within the Patient Portal by clicking the Confirm or Cancel links. If a patient cancels an appointment, they will be instructed to contact your agency to reschedule. Patients will only be able to confirm an appointment that is within the number of days you have configured for “Patient Portal Confirmation Days.”
