Processing a Reminder Test Call or SMS

Help -> About -> Admin Config -> Options -> Admin tab - > click on Configure button next to Appointment Reminders

 

To process a test call or SMS, please go to: Help -> About -> Admin Config -> Options -> Admin tab - > click on Configure button next to Appointment Reminders. 

 

  1. Click on Send Sample Call or Send Sample SMS

  2. Enter the sample number for either the Call or SMS. Be sure the phone number starts with the digit 1. Click OK.
      

  3. You will receive confirmation that the reminder has been processed
