Setting Appointment Reminder Preference (Call or SMS)

Patient Portal -> My Schedule tab -> Your Reminder Preference section

 

A patient can update their reminder preferences through the Patient Portal. Navigate to the My Schedule page, then choose between Call, SMS, or Call & SMS and click the Update button.

 

Note: There will be a notice displayed if there are issues with your reminder preferences options (e.g. invalid phone number on file).

 

Once you have updated your preference, a confirmation message will be displayed on screen.
