Treatment Phases
If the current patient has been previously discharged and readmitted, he or she will have multiple Treatment Phases. The paperwork forms will display a Treatment Phase Menu on the top menu bar. The menu will contain a list of the available Treatment Phases.
Each form will default to display the most recent Phase, but you can view records from other Phases by clicking the appropriate Phase within that menu. If you accidentally save a record in the wrong Phase, you can correct this mistake by bringing up the record and selecting Change Phase of Current Record from the Treatment Phase Menu. Now select the Phase you want the record in and press the OK button.
