Importing Rating Scale Data
Patient -> Patient Contacts -> Collateral tab
Note: This section only applies if you are linked to the Testing Wizard.
On the Collateral Tab (and also within the Specialty Progress Note which will be described shortly), there is a button that looks like this:

This button is used to import rating scale data collected via the Testing Wizard.
When you click this button, you will be presented with two options: Totals & Subscales and Individual Responses.
Clicking either of these options will bring up a list of all recorded rating scales for the current patient.
Double-click an item in the list to import the results in the chosen format. If you selected Totals & Subscales the output will look like this:
Individual Responses will also include each question, the chosen response, the score, and the associated subscale.
