Mental Health Paperwork
The Mental Health Paperwork module contains pre-stored paperwork templates that are designed to assist you in collecting information in the course of providing Mental Health services.
Enabling the Mental Health Paperwork Module
The Mental Health Paperwork section will only be available if your administrator has enabled the MH
module on the Options form.
Administrators can enable this module by going to: Help -> About -> Admin Config -> Options -> Admin tab and enable the setting for Mental Health.
