Enabling the Chemical Dependence Paperwork Module
The Chemical Dependence Paperwork section will only be available if your administrator has enabled the CD
module on the Options form.
Administrators can enable this module by going to: Help -> About -> Admin Config -> Options -> Admin tab and enable the setting for Chemical Dependence.
