Loading Prior Information
Many forms will allow you to load information from prior points in the patient’s record.
If you click the Load Latest Referral Info button, which is located beneath the list of report dates on the left side of the form, ClinicTracker will scan any existing Mental Health Summaries or prior Psychological Testing Reports for information on the reason for referral.
If found, this information will be loaded into the Reason for Referral section on Tab 3.
