Accessing Paperwork Module

 

To access any of ClinicTracker's paperwork modules, click the Paperwork button on the Main Screen.

 

If your administrator has enabled multiple modules on the Options form, you will first select the paperwork category you'd like to access:

 

Note: If only one module has been enabled on your system, you will be taken directly to that module's paperwork menu.

 

Next, you will see a list of ClinicTracker stock forms specific to the selected (or enabled) module. One example is shown below:

 

Simply click the item in the list to access that paperwork item.

 

From this menu, you can also access CD Screening Tools, Utilities, and Custom Forms.

 

Note: You can customize the Paperwork menu based on your specific needs. Additionally, you can create Quick Links that allow you to easily access the Paperwork and hyperlinks you regularly use.
