How a patient Can Join a conference through the Patient Portal

 

Clients can access a Telehealth meeting by using the link you provided them via an email or text. They then paste that link into the address line of a supported browser.

 

Clients can also join a teleconference directly through their Patient Portal account.  They'll first log into their Patient Portal account and click on "View Upcoming Appointments":

 

 

If the appointment is a Telehealth appointment, there will be a "Join" button that they can click on:

 

 

Your client will receive this message until you start the meeting:
