Connecting to a Telehealth Session using a Smart Phone

You can conduct a telehealth session from just about any device, including your smartphone. Let's take a look at how easy it is to connect using an iPhone or Android smartphone. The process will be familiar because you first download an app that you can use over time.

iPhone 

You will first need to download the app to your phone. After that, all you do is click on the TruConf icon. To download the app,  open the conference link on your phone using Chrome or Safari:

Next, you will click on "Download the App":

Open the page in the App store:

Click on "Get":

Click on "Open":

Click on "OK":

Your meeting will automatically start.

Now that you have the app installed, it will look like this: 

 You can click on the conference link for all future meetings and it will automatically connect through that app if you have the "Join from App" button checked:

Android

You will first need to download the app to your phone. After that, all you do is click on the TruConf icon. To download the app,  open the conference link on your phone using Chrome:

Next, you will click on Download App: 

You will now click on "Install"

You will receive the permission messages asking you if TrueConf can access these features:

Once installed, you will be able to click on the conference link and your meeting will open to the landing page where you can click on "Join Conference". All future meetings will automatically connect through that app if you have the "Join from App" button checked:
