Connecting to a Telehealth Session via an Application you download to your computer

You can connect to a ClinicTracker telehealth session either via a browser or by downloading an application called "TruConf" and telling the system to "Join from App."

The landing page for the telehealth module will look something like this:

If you want to connect via an application, you will need to click on this button for a one-time download of TruConf app:

The file will download at the bottom of your screen. You can open the file by double-clicking on it:

Click Run:

Click Next:

The file will install on your local computer:

Click on Finish:

Your conference will open automatically. For more information, please see Conducting a Telehealth Session.

There will now be an icon on your computer for the TrueConf app.
