Telehealth Connector - Distributing Telehealth Links to Attendees

 

Now we will explain how to distribute the join links to anyone you want to invite to a telehealth session.

 

It is easy to distribute links if you are familiar with these three event menus:

     1. Telehealth User Dropdown: select the staff member who will be hosting the telehealth session.

     2. Telehealth Icon Dropdown: gives you six different options to distribute the telehealth join links for an event.

  • Copy Staff Join Link to Clipboard
  • Copy Patient Join Link to Clipboard
  • Join Session
  • Send All Patients Join Link by SMS
  • Send All Patients Join Link by EmailSend All Staff Join Link by SMS
  • Send All Staff Join Link by Email

 

             3. Link to Patient: right-click on a patient name in "Link to Patient" for three ways to distribute links to a specific patient.

  • Copy Patient Join Link to Clipboard
  • Send Patient Join Link by SMS
  • Send Patient Join Link by Email

 

 

Another way to access join links is by right-clicking on the event in the Scheduler and selecting:

  • "Join Telehealth Session" 
  • "Get Staff Telehealth Link" (You can then paste that link into any supported browser.)

 

Note: Because webcams often operate better on a local machine than on a remote server, Hosting Service users may see the pop- up message below.

  • Click Copy URL to copy and paste the link into a web browser on your local machine.
  • Click Join From Remote Session if your webcam is configured to work over Remote Desktop.
