Configuring Client Rights and Responsibilities
Admin Config ->Configure Client Rights Forms
You have two options in the system for creating an electronic Client Rights and Responsibilities form for clients to sign. The easiest is to use the built-in Client Rights and Responsibilities module, which we discuss below. It helps you create a simple form that includes a title and verbiage for the client to sign. ClinicTracker's built-in Compliance module uses the records you enter with this method to automatically track due dates and completion dates of signed Client Rights and Responsibility forms.
If you want to create a form with more complex fields, such as checkboxes, drop-downs, and more, use the Form Builder. But keep in mind that those forms may not be automatically tracked in the Compliance Module.
Configuring the Title
To configure the Title of your Client Rights & Responsibilities go to: Admin Config -> Configure Client Rights Form -> Title
You can then enter the document title and press OK to save:
Entering the Content
To input the content go to: Admin Config -> Configure Client Rights Form -> Content
You can then enter the text content of your document and press the Save button.
