Patient Photographs

If you would like to store a photograph of the client, click the Add button above the photo area on the top of the form:

You will then be prompted to locate an image file on disk. The image can be of type .bmp, .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg.
It is recommended that the file size is at a 4 x 6 ratio for optimal display.
Once the file is selected, a copy will be made in the server directory and it will be stored in the patient’s Related Documents record. A thumbnail of the image will be displayed. Clicking on the thumbnail will show the full-size image.
If you want to remove the image, click the Remove button above the image. Note that doing so will actually delete the image file off the server and remove it from the Related Documents record.
