ClinicTracker makes it easy to send your patients links to educational resources. Use the Patient Education Resources tool to send those links via the Patient Portal.
| Field Name | Field Description |
| 1. Date | Enter the date here. |
| 2. Providing Staff | Choose the staff member from the drop-down selection. |
| 3. Description | You can enter a description here. |
| 4. Information Link | When you click on #6 Search for Resources, you can fill in a link to pertinent information for the patient to review. |
| 5. Notes | Enter any notes here. |
| 6. Search for Resources | Click this button to get information on Problems, Medications, and Labs for this patient. You can also search for helpful links which you can place in #4, Information Link. |
| 7. Save | Click here to Save a record. |
| 8. New | Click here to create a new record. |
| 9. Delete | Click here to Delete a record. |
| 10. Email Info | Click this button to send an email. |
