Other eForms Features
In addition to the eForms module available within the paperwork menu, being licensed to use eForms will open up additional features within the system.
Various other forms will allow you to capture signatures of patients, guardians, and witnesses including Patient Contacts, Treatment Plans, Client Rights & Responsibilities, and Information Releases.
Clicking on a button labeled “Capture Patient Signature” will connect to the signature tablet and allow you to collect an external signature.
Once the signature is captured, clicking the button again will allow you to view the captured signature.
If a mistake is ever made and a client wants to re-sign a document they have previously signed, simply right-click on the View Signature button, and select the option to Recapture the signature.
Note: Once an external signature is collected, it can never be removed, it may only be updated if the person wishes to re-sign.
