Viewing / Modifying Staff Info Records
Staff -> Staff Info
While administrators can create and edit all aspects of a Staff Info Record, other users have limited access to this module. Any staff member can edit their own demographic information (name, phone number, etc.), but cannot set their permissions. Any staff member can view another staff member’s demographic information, but cannot make any changes.
To make changes to a Staff record, go to Staff -> Staff Info. Then click the Find button and select the staff member to edit. The staff member's record will be loaded in to the form. You can then make the appropriate changes and Save the record.
