Troubleshooting Logging In
If the program does not accept your login information:
- Verify the spelling of both your username and password.
If you are still not able to log in, contact your program administrator to reset your password.
- If you log in without a password, the program will ask you if you would like to set one. Follow the onscreen prompts to configure your password.
