Scanning into Related Documents

 

Note: If you access ClinicTracker via our Hosting Service, please see the instructions for how to initially configure this ability.

 

Once the program is downloaded, scanning directly into ClinicTracker is as easy as clicking a button. See the step by step instructions below:

 

  1. Access Related documents in one of several ways:
    • Paperwork -> MH or CD Paperwork -> Utilities -> Related Documents
    • The Navigation Menu
    • From the Staff Dashboard: Patients -> Related Documents

  2. Fill in the required information and select the scanner icon below

  3. If prompted, choose your scanner (or choose TSScan if using the ClinicTracker hosting Service)

  4. Select Black & White or Color, then click Scan

  5. Scan

  6. Start

  7. Enter a File Name and select OK
