How to set the Program field in the Event Scheduler to default to the patient's most recent program assignment

This will describe the process of how to set the Program field in the Event Scheduler to default to the patient's most recent program assignment. 

Go to Admin Config ->Options ->Admin tab

Place a check in the box next to ‘Default Program For Linked Patient’ (See image A) and click ‘OK’.

With this setting enabled, whenever a Program Assignment is entered on the Intake tab, it will automatically fill in on the Event window in Scheduler when the patient is linked.  

So to explain, if the Program assignment is entered under the Program Assignment button on the Intake tab:

It will automatically show in the Event window when scheduling an event in the Scheduler and linking the patient. (Utilities -> Scheduler):
