Create Patient Contact from Scheduled Event

This purpose of this page is to instruct clinicians how to create a Patient Contact record using a previously created Scheduled Event.

 

  1. Double-click the Scheduled Event on your My Scheduled Events widget 


     
  2. Right-click the Event 
  3. Select Create Patient Contact Record

     
  4. The information from the Scheduled Event will be carried forward on to the Patient Contact record, you must complete the remaining fields:

     
    1. The Supervisor field will be required if you bill under a supervisor NPI, or if you require a supervisor signature
