Create Patient Contact from Scheduled Event
This purpose of this page is to instruct clinicians how to create a Patient Contact record using a previously created Scheduled Event.
- Double-click the Scheduled Event on your My Scheduled Events widget
- Right-click the Event
- Select Create Patient Contact Record
- The information from the Scheduled Event will be carried forward on to the Patient Contact record, you must complete the remaining fields:
- The Supervisor field will be required if you bill under a supervisor NPI, or if you require a supervisor signature
