Creating a Treatment Plan

Paperwork -> MH/CD -> Treatment Plan

1. On the DSM tab (shown above), select the Diagnosis Assignment you wish to associate with this Treatment Plan

2. Click Strengths/Weaknesses tab and specify the details about the patient's strengths and weaknesses
   
    
3. Click the Goals/Objectives tab to enter patient-specific goals with related objectives
   

4. Add a Goal

   1. Click the  button next to add Goals
      
       
   2. On the Add/Edit Goals screen, enter information pertaining to the goal and press Save. Depending on your configuration, selecting a particular Problem Domain may limit the Goal dropdown to only relevant options.
      
      
      Note: You can configure your clinic's list of Problem Domains by going to: Utilities -> Maintenance -> Problem Domain Input. You can also configure Goals at: Utilities -> Maintenance ->Goal Input, and Measurements at: Utilities -> Maintenance -> Measurement Input
5. Add an Objective
   1. In the Goals window, highlight the goal associated with the Objective you want to add.
   2. Press the  button next to Objectives
      
       
   3. On the Add/Edit Objective For Problem Statement screen, enter the applicable information and press Save. Depending on your configuration, the associated Goal may limit the Objective options and selecting a particular Objective may limit the Treatment Modality options.    
      
      Note: You can configure your clinic's Objective list by going to Utilities -> Maintenance -> Objective Input

6. Click the Closing tab to add narrative and collect signatures.
