Claim Note Configuration

This page will show you how to configure a note that will show in the NTE segment of loop 2400 for a location/payor combination. 

You will go to: BillingTracker -> File -> Setup -> Claim Note Configuration

Fill in the appropriate fields. 

• For the example shown above,  the ‘ADD’ that you set for the ‘NTE01’ field, and the ‘TEST’ label that you entered for ‘NTE02’ will show in the electronic claim file as below.
