How to prevent printing patient contacts
This page will explain how to restrict certain staff members from being able to view/print patient records in the Patient Contacts form.
To restrict a staff member from viewing/printing patient records in the patient contact form, you will enable the setting located at: ClinicTracker -> Staff -> Staff Info -> User Responsibilities tab. Here you can place a checkmark next to the setting labeled Prevent Printing Patient Contacts.
When this setting is enabled and a staff member tried to print from the Patient Contact record, they will receive this message:
