Introduction
Your clinic provides access to ClinicTracker's Patient Portal 2.0, so you will have 24/7 access to your schedule and account information at your fingertips. If you've used the Patient Portal before July of 2021, you will find that we've made several changes when we released Patient Portal 2.0.
We've updated the look and feel of the Patient Portal with you, the patient, in mind. We've introduced a simpler, more intuitive, and responsive tool. We’ve made multi-step processes easier with step-by-step guides and added a dynamic search functionality.
Tip for New Users: Contact your clinic to get your Portal login and/or a link to your clinic's Patient Portal. Then Click for Instructions to Sign up as a Patient Portal User.
