My Schedule Tab

All of your appointments in one place - where you can confirm and book appointments too.

Introduction

The My Schedule Tab is designed to make it easy to manage your appointments online.

On the My Schedule Tab, you can access:

  • Dates, Times, Locations of Your Appointments for the Next 60 Days

  • Online Appointment Confirmation

  • Book Now Button to Open the Book Appointments Page (varies by clinic)

  • Contact the Clinic (varies by clinic)

  • Click a link to join Telehealth sessions (varies by clinic)

Tip: Click the image below for a full-page preview of the My Schedule Tab.

Tip: To confirm an appointment, click on the blue Yes on the bottom of the appointment card. You will see a pop-up asking you to Confirm Attendance. Press the Green Yes, Confirm My Attendance button.  You will see a pop-up stating Appointment Confirmed. Press the grey OK button.

 

Tip: To cancel an appointment, click on the blue No box on the appointment card. You will see a pop-up asking you to Cancel Attendance. Press the red Yes, Cancel My Attendance button.  You will see a pop-up stating Appointment Cancelled. Press the grey OK button or the blue Message Scheduling Team button, compose a message and press the blue Send button.

 

 

Tip: Appointments that have been confirmed will have a green banner on the appointment card. Appointments that are in the past will have a grey banner on the appointment card.  Appointments that have been canceled will be removed from the My Schedule Tab.
