Linked Profiles Tab

Register yourself, or someone else, as a patient online.

Introduction

The Linked Profiles Tab lets you view patients who are connected to your Portal Account.  A parent may have been granted access to see the patient profiles of their children, for example, by registering as a patient online.  You may also act as a proxy and register someone else as a patient. (Varies by clinic)

You will be able to see unread messages and forms to be completed for each profile. Simply click on the red indicator to go directly to a profile to see the items that need attention.
