Using Clinical Scribe

Clinical Scribe allows you to capture the content of a client session or dictation and turn that content into documentation.

About Clinical Scribe

HIPAA-compliant and AI-powered, Clinical Scribe is integrated with your forms and allows you to dictate your notes or, even better, capture a live client session while you focus on your client (in-person or via telehealth). Clinical Scribe will complete your note and let you review, approve, or make updates if you'd like.

Edit Generated Fields

This will allow you to type or speak directly to Clinical Scribe and detail the specific changes you would like to make. After entering your change requests, click the Confirm button and your edits will be applied. Then save your form.

Note: Some Mac devices require the MacOS Capture App for live sessions over Telehealth. Previously, some MacOS systems Apple Silicon and Intel Based Macs) would disable computer audio capture when screen sharing was activated. To prevent this, install the Clinical Notes AI Capture App (requires MacOS 13 or later) and allow Screen & System Audio Recording in MacOS settings.
