Check insurance eligibility automatically with our integrated Insurance Verification. Checks can be run on-demand, or automatically, based on your upcoming scheduled events.

Reviewing Automated Verification History     

• Go to Utilities > Insurance Verification Review

Reviewing Non-Covered Patients from a Request Date

• Go to Utilities > Insurance Verification Review.
• Select Non-Covered and select the date that the request was made (X days before the scheduled appointment)

Verifying Insurance for an Individual Patient Manually.

• Go to Demographics > Insurance Tab > Verification button.

Reviewing the Verification History for an Individual Patient 

• Go to Demographics > Insurance Tab > Verification button > History Tab.

Verifying the Insurance for All Scheduled Events

• Go to Utilities > Insurance Verification Review > Verify All Scheduled Events.
