Adding Auto-Filling Previous Supervisor

An Administrator can go to Admin Config > Option > Admin > Scheduling > Default Linked Appointment Supervisor to Latest to set the option to auto-fill the Supervisor field on Patient Contact Records (PCR) with the most recent Supervisor.
