Setting Up Your Collection Letters


 

Entering a Collection Letter

  • Go to BillingTracker > Setup > Collection Letters
  • Enter the Letter Description.
  • Enter the Content of the letter.
  • Save.

Add a Remit to Address to your Collection Letter

  • Go to BillingTracker > Setup > Options
  • Enter the Collection Letter Remit Address at the bottom of the Options Form.
  • Save.
