Make patient cell phone numbers required in ClinicTracker. 

About Setting Requirement for a Cell Phone Number on Demographics

This feature will make the Cell Phone Number field required on the Demographics tab in the Contact Information section.

Managing Something Basic

• To make the Cell Phone Number field required on the Demographics tab, go to  Admin Config > Options > Preferences > Demographics Form Settings.

• Select from the dropdown for the options below:

  • Never: Choosing this option will not make the Cell Phone Number field required on the Demographic tab.

  • Always: Choosing this option will make the Cell Phone Number field required on the Demographic tab.

  • Intake-Only: Choosing this option will make the Cell Phone Number field required on the Demographic tab if the person is marked as Intake. 

  • Patient-Only: Choosing this option will make the Cell Phone Number field required on the Demographic tab if the person is marked as a Patient.
