Tx Plan Review Due

• X Days After: Different clinics have different interpretations of the regulations stipulating how often the Treatment Plan Reviews are due. Some clinics require the next TPR to be scheduled X days after the last due date, regardless of when the current TPR is actually completed. Other clinics require the next TPR to be scheduled X days after the completion date of the current TPR. Finally others require the next TPR to be scheduled X days after the Report Date noted on the TPR (regardless of when the final signatures are actually collected and the record is locked). Select either of these options and ClinicTracker will automatically set the appropriate due date when the completion of a Treatment Plan Review is recorded (either directly using the Compliance module or indirectly when locking the record in the Treatment Plan module). The ‘X’ in the above rule is determined by the value set in the Insurance Input section of the Maintenance Menu for the patient’s primary insurer.
