Online Patient Registration
- Allow Portal Sign Up and Patient Registrations from Login Page: Check this box to allow Portal Users to create a Portal User Account from the Patient Portal login page. It will also allow Portal Users to complete and submit Patient Portal Registrations from the Linked Profiles tab in Patient Portal.
- Prevent Authorized Users from Registering Patients Online: Check this option to allow online Patient Registrations to be completed only by the Patient themselves and not by an Authorized User.
- Allow Online Registration to be Submitted Alone, with no Additional Forms: Check this box to submit the Patient Portal Registration Form on its own, without additional custom patient forms being completed.
- Return User to Patient Portal Registration Form After Verifying Email Link: Enter the page to direct Portal Users to after verifying their email address.
- Return User After Auto-Approval of Patient Portal Registration Form: Enter the page to direct Portal Users to after their Patient Registration form has been auto-approved.
- Auto-Approve Patient Portal Registration: Check this box to auto-accept Patient Portal Registrations as Demographic records. If left unchecked, registrations will be held in a queue within the Staff Portal to be approved or rejected by staff.
- Create Intake or Patient Record when Patient Registration is Auto-Approved: Enter the type of Demographic record that should be created once a Patient Registration has been auto-approved.
- Custom Message on Successful Patient Registration Submission: Enter text to appear when a Patient Registration has been submitted successfully.
- Disable Duplicate Checking While Submitting Registration via Patient Portal: Check this box to allow Portal Users to be able to submit Portal Registrations with duplicate Name, DOB or SSN.
