• Prevent Portal Users from Sending Messages to Individual Staff Members: Check this box to prevent Portal Users from sending messages to individual staff, and only allow messages to 'General Mailbox' and 'Billing Team' distribution lists.
• Allow Portal Messaging for Clinic and Portal Users: Check this box to allow Portal Users to access Patient Portal > Messaging Tab.
• Restrict Portal Users to Read-Only Messaging: Check this box to allow staff to message patients, but restrict patients from messaging staff.
