Initial Treatment Plan Review Due Date

• Trigger: Different clinics have slightly different rules about the due date for the Initial Treatment Plan. Some base the due date off the Admission Date, while others base it off the Comprehensive Treatment Plan. Select the option that pertains to your agency (the trigger). If you select Comprehensive Treatment Plan, the date will either be based on the Comprehensive Treatment Plan due date or the Comprehensive Treatment Plan complete date, depending on the setting for Tx Plan Review Due.
