HIE Integration Settings

• Enable HIE Integration: Enables the HIE Integration
• Default To Address: Default to address to be used on outgoing HIE messages
• Default From Address: Default from address to use on outgoing HIE messages
• Defualt Subject Text: Default subject text to use on outgoing HIE messages
• Default Body Text: Default body text to use on outgoing HIE messages.
• Opt In By Default: When a new patient is added to the system a consent record will automatically be created.
• Next Batch Start Time: All appointments transitioned after this time will be sent to the HIE the next time the background process runs. This settings will be updated automatically by the background process, and only needs to be adjusted for troubleshooting purposes.
• Consents Expire In X Days: The expiration date for new consents will be set to expire in the specified amount of days from the current date. The expiration date for a new consent can be overriden manually in the HIE consent management form by the user if need be.
• HIE Explanation for Patient Portal: Enter a description to display on the HIE Consent form in the Patient Portal.
